The theme for this kimono is to represent New York City. NYC is composed of the 5 boroughs – Brooklyn, Manhattan(NY), the Boogie down Bronx, Queens, & Staten Island. Over the last 2-4 years we have noticed Jiu-jitsu growing all over the city.We tried to make the gi as simple as possible without too much flare. As you know the average New Yorker that trains will agree that the more subtle style gi will be more favorable in the arts.–100% cotton 425gsm Pre-washed Crystal weave. Lightest produced pearl/crystal weave on the market. Lapel consists of a thick firm EVA foam material for fast drying and anti-bacterial.–Pants are 10oz. 100% breathable cotton with 6 belt loops. Stretchy Rope string ties that will never fray/fall apart.
